Lovely welcome at reception from Sherriden, very welcoming and after a long day of travelling for a funeral allowed us to check in early. She showed true compassion and on check she followed up and asked how everything was. Room was spotless, hard to find any issues at all. Well done

Our room triggered my husband's dust allergy. However it's the only negative. The room was spacious and pleasant. The breakfast was good. The night was quiet and the bed was comfortable. What more can we ask for? We plan to go back soon.

Checked in by a pleasant lady on reception. Cool feeling in the room on entry but soon cosy with heating turned up. Greeted by a lovely chap in restaurant, then Katy introduced herself, took our order, checked if everything was OK once our food had been served & couldn't have been nicer. Premier Inn are lucky to have u, Katy & I hope they show their appreciation for all ur hard work

’m currently staying at Premier Inn and just want to say how grateful I am to Abigail on reception. There had been an issue with our booking which meant the room was unfortunately booked incorrectly, but Abigail handled it brilliantly. She was calm, professional and genuinely helpful, and went above and beyond to rearrange everything and resolve the situation quickly. What could have been quite stressful was sorted smoothly because of her attitude and effort. Thank you, Abigail — it really made a difference to our stay.

We traveled from inverness for a emergency scan the vet across the road. We had to stay in Livingston over night. With so much stress and worry on our minds I thought finding a hotel would be the tip of the iceberg..... my husband took care of the situation and was given a room no fuss no complications. A fantastic price a comfy bed to sleep the room and amenities were spot on. Staff were so helpful thanks for looking after us !!!!

We stayed here on Friday with our toddler, the lady who was on reception was so lovely and thoughtful …. she noticed we had been allocated a second floor room and without us asking she said let me change your room to a ground floor room to make things easier for you with the pushchair, she then assembled the travel for us too. The room was spotless and the breakfast was lovely!! A great stay Thankyou!!

Standard Premier Inn. Good location for Edinburgh airport and Livingston shopping outlets. We arrived late and was warmly greeted by the friendly and helpful night staff. Breakfast was good. Nice choice of fruits, continental and cooked breakfasts. Again the staff were friendly and helpful. Christmas music in the middle of November though...
